  • Request for return must be submitted by email to us within 10 days (UK) and 15 days (Overseas) from the date we shipped the item.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely and we will refund the item cost on safe return of the product.
  • If the item is defective or faulty, a replacement will be sent or full refund plus postage will be issued once we have received the item back.
