  • Items delivered to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
  • Items delivered to UK addresses with a value greater than £15 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
  • Overseas delivery takes 5 to 10 days but can take up to 21 days.
  • Items delivered to overseas addresses will be sent by Airmail.
  • Items will be dispatched same day if payment is made by 2pm, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • You can send the item back to us for a full refund as long as the item is in new and unused condition. Due to the nature of racket sports strings are not guaranteed but if you have a problem please let us know and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
  • Request for return must be submitted by email to us within 10 days (UK) and 15 days (Overseas) from the date we shipped the item.
  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely and we will refund the item cost on safe return of the product.
  • If the item is defective or faulty, a replacement will be sent or full refund plus postage will be issued once we have received the item back.
