We accept payment via Paypal, Credit Card, Cheque or Postal Order.
If paying by cheque your order will not be shipped until the cheque has cleared (usually 5 working days).

UK delivery takes 1 to 3 business days but can take up to 7 days.
Items delivered to UK addresses will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
Items delivered to UK addresses with a value greater than £15 will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Overseas delivery takes 5 to 10 days but can take up to 21 days.
Items delivered to overseas addresses will be sent by Airmail.
Items will be dispatched same day if payment is made by 2pm, excluding weekends and holidays.

You can send the item back to us for a full refund as long as the item is in new and unused condition. Due to the nature of racket sports strings are not guaranteed but if you have a problem please let us know and we will do our best to sort it out for you.
Request for return must be submitted by email to us within 10 days (UK) and 15 days (Overseas) from the date we shipped the item.
Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee solely and we will refund the item cost on safe return of the product.
If the item is defective or faulty, a replacement will be sent or full refund plus postage will be issued once we have received the item back.
