PURCHASING PROCESS

1. Email us to confirm if your choice of string is available or continue to 2.

2. Click Buy It Now and then pay via Paypal, we can also accept credit/debit card payments via Paypal.

3. Message us (via ebay messages) with the string you want, listing at least three different types of string in order of preference unless you have contacted us previously - point 1. Whichever string is available in order of your preference will be the string used in your racket.

4. Send the racket to our address which will be on the invoice we will send to you. Included in with your racket must be your name and address as to where the racket is to be returned (preferably a copy of the invoice) and the tension which you want the racket strung.

5. We will the then return the racket to you within two working days of us receiving it. Example: racket received by us on a Tuesday - Racket posted back to you on a Wednesday or sometimes the same day we have received it. If there is a delay we will let you know immediately but this would be a rare occurrence. Please note that Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

6. We re-string rackets near Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire so if you wish to drop your racket off by hand then you are more than welcome to do so. Please contact us for further information.
